So finally my St Ives lotion has been used up and I can get onto trying out other lotions & potions! :) This is the first of three body butters I picked up from last time.
What's in it and what does it do?
It contains shea butter, cocoa butter and caprylic, which is derived from coconut oil. All of these moisturising properties will leave your skin feeling soft and lovely. This body butter is for people with normal/dry skin and mine is very dry (couldn't help picking it up haha) and did find it wasn't moisturising enough for my skin during Winter. I will probably buy this again in the Summer months though!
How much and how long?
This is the 50ml tub for £5 but they do a 200ml tub for £12.50. I had the membership card on hand however so it knocked 50p off :) This will probably last me just under 2 weeks, as I have to use plenty of it in order to benefit from it! Not very purse friendly in my case then...
How does it smell?
It has such a warm and sweet coconut scent to it - It reminds me of a Bounty chocolate! Their coconut scrub had a similar but faint scent..
What other 'flavours' do TBS have?
It's all listed here.
Would I buy it again? Yup, in the summer as said above!
Would I recommend it? Yes! This would be a great holiday moisturiser (simply because of the scent haha).
Oh and just like their Cocoa Butter body butter, the consistency is very thick and is just like... Butter! :)
